I cannot call out on either of my two phones purchased from T-Mobile. How do I resolve this issue? My phones are not damaged. Could someone contact me?

This is pretty much a peer help forum with very little moderation by T-Mobile.  Are your devices fairly new or older?  Are your APN settings correct on those devices?  Are those devices VoLTE capable?

This can also happen if you have a past due balance.  Have you checked to make sure your account is fully paid up to date with no balance owing?

also in the future try to avoid posting any personal info ...including your phone number and email address...this is a fully public site so everyone and their mom now know your contact info..
