I have an LG V30+ phone and it stopped working with the T-mobile network. The phone works with a SIM card from other providers. Does T mobile disconnect services on older phones ???

Your device has to be compatible with T-Monile's network to be used on the network. Is the V30+ a US model? All devices used on the T-Mobile Network must be compatible with T-Mobike USA's implementation of VoLTE to be able to make and receive calls
