I have an unlimited plan and just can’t get on to this conference call. Why do we have to pay .01 a minute? That is just terrible CA is all in the USA but we can call Mexico and Canada for free along with other countries and can’t make a call in your own country. T-Mobile needs to fix this issue. I called to representatives last year and got the same answer about it’s a third party they are not., still can’t say who is the third party. I have to be on a church conference call tomorrow and hope they fixed this problem for all their customers.
Read other customers having the same problem and no one seem to care to have it fixed. Please do.
