Not Being Able To Use The Website

I am subscribed to the family plan my phone is an android, and I can't use the app because of that. I tried to use the website to refill my pre-paid account but still, I can't because they're two reasons first whenever I am trying to do something on the website it says invalid request. Second, when I am finished and I want to pay it freezes the screen on a white page. What should I do to refill the account if I am not being able to visit the actual T-Mobile store?

I am having the same exact issues using Firefox on the latest Linux Mint. Also when I attempt to chat with support it says there are long delays and nobody ever comes into chat to speak about it. I’ve had to pay my bill over the phone for 2 months already.

There is a T-Mobile app for Android.  I just paid my bill yesterday through the website using Edge.  It took about 30 seconds for the site to load after logging in but it loaded and everything after that was pretty much instant.
