has anyone else been having problems with their S21 smart phone, mine keeps freezing on most apps and when i turn on my hot spot and use it its slow and after a month of using hot spot is says I've only used 2gb is this phone the s21 been a problem with samsung? im ready to leave T-Mobile

Do you have a lot of apps open at once? Samsung's bloated UI isn't exactly great for the amount of RAM their flagship devices have. Turn off battery optimizing as this can slow down the device a lot to try and extend the current charge over the day. A factory reset as a last resort might help as well. Jist make sure you back up everything you might want to keep first.
