I am unable to download an app to my S-9 phone. Its keeps saying “pending.” What can be done?
I'm guessing it's a large app. There should be a setting to override only downloading larger apps over WiFi in the PlayStore settings, network preferences.
could it be an older app that might not be compatible anymore? you might even jump into the apps comments section and see if there are like complaints for your device type. (you can filter to your device type posts instead of all devices)
