Unlocked S10+ not updating.

I bought an S10+ ulocked phone from Ebay a couple of years ago. Carrier is TMobile. It has not updated in some time, although when I try to get updates, my phone tells me its updated. My husband’s S10 phone is at Security Patch Feb 1st 2022, One U.I. version 4.0, and Android version 12. MY phone is Security Patch July 1st 2019, One U.I. 1.1, Android Version 9. Can anyone help me fix this? Thank you!

your phone and your husbands is exactly the same phone? compared model numbers etc?

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~
