What is the app called to transfer data ect to my new iPhone ? I went into the store because I had sprint and got a new SIM card to be tmobile in my 11max pro because the 13pro Max had to be ordered . I just got the 13pro max in today. Do I need an app to transfer everything or should it be fine with iCloud ? Also do I take my chip out of my 11 to put into my 13 ?
unsure if the 11 was a 5G phone or not but if it is then yes switch the sim card to the 13. as for the app..when you log into your new phone and start working through all the stuff its going to ask you it should ask you if you want to transfer all the stuff from your old device and if anything else is needed it should mention it.
more of an Android guy but there shouldnt be any huge difference
