My daughter has gone through 3 phones and a SIM update over the past couple years and still cannot use her apps (like TikTok, games, Safari, etc.) while not connected to Wifi. Her parental controls are identical to her sisters who have zero issues. Any idea what might be causing the problems? We’ve completed restarted phones from factory settings, just upgraded to an electronic SIM, and nothing.
fully reset all her settings within the account with no restrictions. then turn back around and re add them. might be hung up internally somehow. if it isnt he sim card or phone then thats pretty much what youre down to troubleshooting wise.
forgot to ask..is the screen showing a “SOS” on it anywhere?
