I just bought several new phones on my plan and was given 4 tablets as free gifts, but the tablets are now showing up on my bill and I am being charged over $100/month for payments. I didn’t ask for these and would not have taken them if I had known that I would be paying for them.

Unfortunately this is basically a use to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that don't have account access.
All I can do is suggest contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media pages like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help with the charges. Even with free phones you will need to pay the taxes on the original price of the phone.

Sometimes, there are upgrade and user support fees that customers don't realize will be charged. As Gramps mentioned. Customer Care or the T-Force Team would be the best way to find out what they are and why they were charged to you.
