E-sim activation from abroad? Other providers can do online, how does T-mobile does it?

Currently overseas and got issue with my regular phone with physical simcard. Due the fact had to use a new phone (iphone) which only can be used with E-sim I would like to activate E-sim, bit it seems not possible to arrange online or from the accounts.  Which support can be given on this to activate my e-sim>?

You will need to contact Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line, call 1-505-998-3793, try online.chat when signed into your my.T-Mobile.com account, or by reaching out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter.

did you purchase the phone overseas to replace the one you have currently?
