I reported my phone as lost or stolen and almost a month later we found it. I was using one of my older phones that was unlocked but I would really like to go back to this one. What do I need to do?
If it was reported lost or stolen. It is probably blacklisted. You will need to call T-Mobile and have that blacklist removed before you can more than likely start using it again.
