Gift cards never received, I believe T-Mobile has given me false information and appeared to a scam to my opinion.
so contact TMO and ask them?
you’ll have better odds contacting TMO through either Facebook or Twitter since you start with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents..
T-mobile said I would get 2 gift cards for my lines $200 each line I could use however I wanted and issues me cards that I could only use at T-mobile. That's misleading to get me to switch over from Verizon. This is a terrible way to get customers not everyone will just sit back and take this. I hold up my end you do the same I don't have a problem with starting a class action lawsuit. I don't like to be lied to or catfished.
