I joined the T-mobile on 18 Dec 2023. Now my bill is $102. I don't understand why, just for 12 days of using the service, I have to pay so much money. I never had good service on my phone; it always showed a low signal.

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~

Hi there @Rajurai273 We would love to help make sense of your bill. We do need a bit more information to shed some light on it though. Did you sign up for a prepaid account or a normal postpaid account? Did you purchase any phones, accessories, device insurance, or other features like Netflix on Us?
