I purchased a new eSIM number via Prepaid eSIM app using an iPhone that already had a eSIM activated and couldn’t be transferred to another iPhone, so I cancelled the notification of activating eSIM when Prepaid eSIM app showed. Now I am not able to activate this new T-mobile eSIM whatever I use the purchasing iPhone or another iPhone when using the email used in Prepaid eSIM, the app shows ERR code of 505-3033

 

How to get my new eSIM?

Did you activate on the first phone?  If so you will need to call Tmobile to do the transfer.
