cant power up ipad air 7th gen
if you plug it in to charge does it show as fully charged or ?
My iPad did not seem to turn on finally got it charged and powered up users it and not having same trouble not sure if not charging or on/off button is bad closet Apple Store is about 80 miles one way and hate to drive that round trip if better way to work on trouble
Glad to hear that it is charged up and working now.
That is a really long drive for someone to look at it. Sometimes when you contact Apple, they are able to run remote diagnostics on the devices to see if there are any issues.
Do you have a BestBuy near you? I recently took a phone in there that was not charging and they fixed it up in a jiffy, no cost to me. If they clean the charging port really well and take a deeper look, they can tell you if further repair or replacement would be needed.
