I traded in two Iphone 12 pros at the corporate T-mobile store one was credited but the other still say they did not receive it I have the tracking number which show it was deliver to Assurant and the RMA/IMEI of my phone. How do i resolve this i came from AT&T on the carrier freedom and feel like im getting a massive run around from T-mobile team and the T-mobile corporate store. I wish i never left AT&T.
