I have family account total of five lines. But when I login, it only show my device. How can I add my kids device into my account?

you are set as the primary account holder correct?

No, it still says I’m user

thats why. whomever is the primary account holder can also assign you as someone that can handle the bills, account changes etc..but they must contact TMO to set this up (i think you can do it through the TMO app but not fully sure.
