I can’t seem to get any direct help because I don't currently have a T-Mobile phone, therefore i don't have a number to use to help get in contact. But I ordered a phone directly from T-Mobile on the 4th, a couple days went by and on ups it says the package has been damaged and I will no longer receive it. but since I cannot get in contact with anyone and cannot access the order tracking because I cannot provide a phone number, I cannot get any updates. Do I just wait even longer? do I need to confirm anything? I'm financing the phone therefore I'm paying monthly for something I don't even have yet.

and how did you order it without a number attached somehow?


I'm in contact with T-Mobile now. but I had ordered it all online, it did not make me create an account at the time, obviously I provided an email and everything, but it did not make me create an account or provide a number at the time.
