Hello! Long story short, my Brother bought a couple lines and devices from T-Mobile. I took one of ‘em and pay the bills to him until he refuse to pay the bills and get me retricted… Is there any chance to me to pay off the outstanding Balance without my Brother and get it unlocked? (I’m overseas now) Tank You!

There wasn’t any promotion. Also Yesterday he Can’t log in his Account at T-mobile… I think I have to forget this handset! Ty
