Does anyone know what that means?  I did not request for any changes to my account.

Try contacting tmobile support and ask them.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access.

A rate plan or service change is pending for Multiple Lines

I have a similar message and freaked out thinking T-Mobile was changing my plan! Oh no!   
As I was calling 611 to talk to T-Mobile customer care I realized that some of our lines were offered Paramount+ Free for a year and sure enough the agent confirmed with me that was the pending change that would take affect 8/23/2023.  The free period of Paramount Plus would end and I would start being billed for it on 8/23/2023. I will cancel it before then.

What a relief because I still have my original TMobile plan I purchased when T-Mobile first started with the original pricing. I would have a breakdown if they touched that. 
So 😁 with T-Mobile

I do have an offer for 6 months free Apple TV+ that expires in June. Thanks for the help!
