Hello T-Mobile team, I live in the Democratic Republic of Congo, I have a concern I have an iPhone 14 which is blocked by the T-Mobile operator, I would like if you are able to unlock it remotely .

Are you the original owner of the phone? Only the original owner can unblock it.

I would say yes, because I had sent the money to the USA for the purchase of the phone

If all you did was have someone purchase a phone and ship it down to you.  The device does not meet the SIM Unlock Policy requirements to be eligible for a SIM unlock from T-Mobile.

There's also the Eula, end users license agreement, that needs to be signed by the buyer for the purchase of electronics with licensed software in the USA that you're going to use it for how it was made for use in the USA.
