My payment date changed and I wasn’t aware it would as I have auto pay set. How can I request it to be changed back to the original date? Thank you. 

I also need to change my payment date please.. I don't get paid until the first of the month every month. They tried to take it out of my account today but I need to change my payment date please so my service isn't interrupted please..


Changes to your billing date need to be made through Customer Care.  You can reach them at 611 or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter.  Try to remember that autopay will always initiate at least 2 business days before the actual autopay date.  


To add you can only request a change in due date once.


That's fine I wouldn't need it changed anymore just the first of the month every month 


How do I do that though?
