The last couple weeks I have been experiencing drop calls and my phone keeps jumping to regular signal to sos. I try to hard reset my phone and soft reset and nothing my phone never had this issue does anyone is have the same issue fyi I live in Miami.

Has your device had an update around the time this issue started happening? What device are you using and was it purchased from T-Mobile?
