Spotty service in the northern San Fernando Valley

I don’t know if this is related to the awful heatwave we’re nearing the end of, but in places where I normally have 5G and a great phone signal, (4 bars) I’m occasionally getting nothing but ellipsis (...) on my iPhone 13 Pro,  which has worked flawlessly. I have friends who have T-Mobile with different iPhone models who are experiencing the same thing.

 

Any idea what’s going on?

unfortunately you will need to contact TMO either by calling in (tier 1 support) or the preferred method would be via Facebook or Twitter (you start with tier 2 support) and have them put in a network ticket to have it looked into.
