So I returned several accessories months ago using tracking number 1Z0545229092149475 via UPS label created by Tmobile.
I just called in and they said label does not exist and that it’s on me. How is that possible? I used the label they sent me and dropped it off, this was 4 months ago and they are still charging me for it. the tracking number is shown as if it were DEAD and never existed.. wth is this scam?
so it was actually return and delivered over 4 months ago according to the information UPS provided me with.

So the agent is completely clueless, doesn't know how to talk to customers, and is yelling at me to contact UPS or ima screwed? wth???? how the heck can tmobile steal money from people because they lose packages inside their warehouse?? UPS cant do anything because tmobile is too dumb to track their packages
