I canceled my phone number in December 24 and went back to my country. So, i have no access to the account anymore. How can I receive the last bill to pay if website ask me to put my old number to receive a code for the purpose to a access my account (that doesn’t exist anymore)? It’s contradictory. And T-Mobile didnt send me a bill by email.

You can try sending a DM to T-Mobile on Facebool or Twitter to see if they can help.  You could also give T-Mobile a call at: 1-505-998-3793, to pay any remaining balance over the phone.
