Ive ony had TM for 5 weeks. I have a brand new iPhone 12, and Apple watch. I leave any wifi spot, and my phone will not connect almost anywhere in Knoxville. Im paying for 5G and it is awful. Ive called TM 3 times already, and I cant get this resolved. Ive switched between 5G, 5G auto, and LTE. Still cannot connect or extremely slow. Ready to go back to USCellular this coming Monday. Ive already been told “tower maintenance”.

  1. Go into Settings → Celular → Network Selection.  Make sure this is set to Auto.
  2. Go into Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Options.  Make sure “Low data mode” is off and “Data Roaming” is off.
  3. Reboot/Restart your phone.
  4. Go into Settings->General->Software Update. Make sure your iPhone has at least iOS 16.5 update on it, if not, install it over WiFi.
