When I am on the phone for a certain period of time, all of a sudden I hear “beep, beep. beep” and the line goes dead. I then have to call the person back. This has happened 3 times in the last two days. Does anyone know what the issue is? It happens when I have been on the phone call for 10-15 minutes. Thank you.
I have heard of this before, and the issue is typically a drop of service between one of the 2 ends of the call and the network. If I drive just north of the city that I’m in, and place a call to 611, I can have this occur every time, as T-Mobile has no service (although it claims to).
location based? as in only happens while at work/home? while connected to wifi/wifi calling or regular mobile connections?
