Last week I got a message saying we would have poor coverage due to our cell tower being worked on. Ever since the work was completed our coverage has been very poor. Both my husband and I have calls dropped or the calls are of bad connection. Why would this be happening if they just worked on “our” cell tower?
This is a basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support either by calling in or you can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can address your issues.
