My daughter is in Italy. Bought the International Roaming package. She is unable to connect to Google, get Google maps, etc. We have contacted T-Mobile x 5 to figure out the issue. They have been unable to help her! :( Any suggestions?
contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..send them a direct message...do not post on their main page.
doing this method lands you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.
