is there any way to report an issue without calling? I’m having to go find someone with a non t-mobile phone to call from and then there’s always a very long hold time… I’d just like to be able to report that I’m having an issue and list the steps I’ve taken to try and resolve it….

contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter at the bottom of the page here. this will start you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support
You would be better off driving a screwdriver through your hand than to think T-Mobile cares at all. They are the Spirit Airlines of the mobile world.
