its been more than 3 years now i am using T-mobile network now for my celluler and home internet use. I have been complaining about the T-mobile Tower which is place in my area and T-mobile team is not able to do anything regarding this.
contacting TMO through either Facebook/Twitter starts you with tier 2 support..
calling in=tier 1 support
either choice i would have them put in a network ticket for you...i would recommend the FB/T route though.
