Is this a sms that was sent to you from Tmobile? It maybe a scam trying to get you to make a payment to turn the phone back on.

I just got a call from a Turkish number wanting to know if I want to approve a credit card purchase and to press 1 to speak to a rep.

I keep getting this notification over the past two days. It's not a text message.

My mobile data doesn't work when this message pops up though. :( 

do you only get the notifications when youre in one specific area or does it randomly happen in numerous places around town?
