contact TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. this will start you with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.
are there any other TMO phones around you? and if so are they seeing the same thing or no? if not then its account line/phone related. if others are also having issues then its network. in that case have them put in a network ticket for you.
