I’ve had 5G mobile over 6 months now. Out of all that time, it’s probably worked about ½ the time. I’ve contacted support several times. Sometimes it’s been helpful, mostly not.
It looks like it will never work.. How do I return it?

5G mobile as in a hotspot device? a phone? is the problem everywhere you go or mainly in one location?
