Hi I was wondering if I could replace my phone. I'm 17 and im currently on my parents phone plan. I have a galaxy s9+ the phone screen, the back glass is cracked, the charging port doesn't work and the battery doesn't last more than a couple hours. I've had this phone for years and id like to get a new one. I would like to see if the insurance im on will cover some of the cost of a new phone, and if id be able to transfer my data plan to the new phone.
If there is insurance on the device. It would be replaced with a device of the same model or close to it. The PAH (Primary Account Holder will need to contact Customer Care at 611 or visit your local T-Mobile store to inquire further. Devices with cracked screens are not eligible for trade-ins.
