Phone wont connect to 4g LTE

My phone for the past 5 days has only been able to connect to Tmobile Edge. My plan has unlimited data and I haven’t exceeded 50gb of data for this billing cycle. I have checked that I have LTE selected, data roaming is on, mobile data is on, data saver is not on. I have reset APN to default, reset network settings, took the sim card in and out, and factory reset. Sometimes for a few seconds I will connect to 4g LTE but it will quickly go back to E. My phone is a Samsung A11.

IMS registration status - not registered

signal strength -   -81 dBM 16 asu

Mobile data network type - edge

Roaming - not roaming

 

Does anyone know any way to fix this
