I am asking for a friend. She is American and I am from Europe. My friend is considering to change her internet connection from Comcast to T-Mobile.
She wants to know what speed T-Mobile is capable of delivering in her apartment. She has a T-Mobile cellphone (IPhone 12( with one of the faster subscriptions. To answer her question she can do a speedtest on her phone.
Using a speedtest server of T-Mobile on its own network is a good way to get an idea of the speed of the connection.
My question is whether T-Mobile has a dedicated speedtest server on its network?
If that is not the case and for the sake of second opinion does anybody know reliable third party speedtest servers?
A quick search provided me the following speedtest services:
https://www.highspeedinternet.com/tools/speed-test/t-mobile
https://testmyinternetspeed.org/isp/usa/t-mobile-speed-test.html
https://www.whistleout.com/Internet/Providers/T-Mobile/SpeedTest
https://testmy.net/hoststats/t_mobile_usa
Does anybody know how reliable they are?
