Just set up my old Sprint account to switch to T-Mobile. I have four phones on my account, with Sprint it listed all my phones and their info. Now I only have one. Please tell me I do not have to set up an account for each phone????
i dont believe you can view them all at once. i think you select each one individually.
Devices not sold by T-Mobile, which can include Sprint devices, will show up as unknown device or potentially the incorrect device under each line. Whether the device shows up correctly or not, does not affect how the device performs or connects to the network.
You would need to chat with customer service and have them fix set your line as the primary account holder. Once they've fixed it you should be able to access as the lines on your account.
