I am not able to send text or receive texts. I believe there is a system outage?

Yes I can’t either. I have about had it with this service. Can’t send texts.

I am also having a texting issue and the chat function is not working for customer support

I was able to receive a automated text from tmobile to get into the site and now receiving texts still unable to send
