Our Tower in the Boston Virginia 22713 area has been down for going on 4 days. Customer service is aware but wondering if others on this tower are reporting it as well? How do we escalate this issue?

Those qualified to actually work on cell towers are in short supply and in incredibly high demand. As soon as T-Mobile can find someone to head out there and fix it. It will get done.
