Are you sure it’s the service and not an issue with your device? Have you tried powering off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the T-Mobile network?

How come TMobile when you need to talk to a Representative they transfered my call to the Phillipenes can't spell it cause I live in the United States....I asked him how I got transfered to him and not a TMobile rep from the United States...he told me that when lines get tied they transfer out...Bull Crap...I said I will go talk to a TMobile store after work...Has anyone else experienced this dilemma?
