Why pay bill when I haven’t been able to use my phone for several days due to this service issue? Important phone calls have been missed

Are you sure it’s the service and not an issue with your device?  Have you tried powering off your device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the T-Mobile network?

From watching the news, it stated that T-Mobile has been hacked

That won't interfere with your service just your stored data on Tmobile's servers.

How come TMobile when you need to talk to a Representative they transfered my call to the Phillipenes can't spell it cause I live in the United States....I asked him how I got transfered to him and not a TMobile rep from the United States...he told me that when lines get tied they transfer out...Bull Crap...I said I will go talk to a TMobile store after work...Has anyone else experienced this dilemma?
