Have been trying for almost an hour by calling 611. I get a lot of voice responses, then system hangs up saying they can’t answer right now. Frustrating -- am traveling, and can’t be spending hours on this. Phone is OnePlus 7T Pro, running Android 12.

With the holiday Tmobile is probably getting flooded with phone calls.

also for what its worth you can always contact them via their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..higher tier support.
