can I change the 2.4g settings on my gateway? I was able to on my old round router but got the new square one and can’t find a way to change the settings. trying to connect to my LaCrosse weather station.

Yes, you can create two networks on your WiFi, one for 2.4g and the other for 5g. Just give them a different name and then configure your device to log onto one or the other.
An example of two SSIDs on the same network could be MyName and MyName5. You do this through the iPhone or Android T-Mobile Internet app
