tmobile sent a 5g gateway in error to my billing address, 2000 miles from my service address. The billing address doesn't even offer Home Internet! They said they'd pick up the gateway. It's been four months. I tried calling Cust Service and they couldn't figure out how to generate a return label. Tried over chat too. I spent several HOURS on the phone trying to do the right thing and return equipment that is not mine, nor meant for me. Trash comes on 10/18. If I don't get a return label by then, they can look for it in the landfill. It'll be a pink box.
How to return unordered equipment?

If it’s USPS just put return to sender and put it back. That has always worked for me.
