I transferred to T-Mobile over 1 year ago a I have had nothing but trouble with the wireless internet. I can’t even count how many times I’ve contacting customer support for help and I get the same old (have you rebooted, tower work, purchase an external antenna, etc.). Technical support even sent me one of their stores to change the SIM card or replace the router and they didn’t know how to replace the SIM card and they didn’t have a router in stock. Has anyone contacted Consumer Protection for help?

I’ve already discussed this with the so called TM experts more time than I can count over the past year plus.
But I have (2) inseego gateway/routers and yes in high and near a window. I’ve even purchased external antennas. I have 3 of 5 bars with a sold blue light.
Yes, I used placement assistant.
Is there no one at TM that’s a true technical support specialist or are they are from a call center?
