TMOBILE blocks Citrix

I had optimum and had no issues working from home and accessing citric. I switched to TMobile and regret it. It blocks the citrix site and I can't work unless I use my mobile hotspot. Tmobile says its not them. It is because I can access Citrix at work on another provider and on optimum. Any solutions would be great. I'm not an IT so I wouldn't know any tech ways.

@SOPHIEIFIG it looks like others are having issues connecting to Citrix workspace as well; 

 

You might try the following Citrix support recommendation; https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX214338/error-cannot-connect-to-server-please-check-network-and-try-again-on-citrix-workspace

I don't have access to correcting, IT at work is blaming TMobile since it works on all other Internet providers BUT TMobile.
