HP Printer Problems

Switched from Spectrum to T-Mobil, used a HP 4630 4-in-one with Spectrum since 2015, T-Mobil did not recognize it, claimed the printer was too old and recommended a new one. Purchased a new HP Envy 7500 series, have used support continuously and as I am entering this, I can’t print!

IPv6 suddenly stopped working

When I signed up for home internet in December 2023 and for most of the time since then, the router has assigned fully working IPv6 addresses. However when I attempted to access IPv6 only resources today I found it had suddenly stopped doing that. Devices that connect are only being assigned v4 addresses. I need to access non-public, v6-only sites professionally and this is a serious problem. What's going on and what do I need to do to get my router and/or service (whichever is to blame) fixed?

TMO-G4R Secondary Network Drop

While using the TMO-G4AR gateway for home Internet, I created an additional network isolated to 2.4 gHz only for a specific signal repeater. This configuration worked fine for several days, however, now I am experiencing an issue where, although the primary network has Internet service, the secondary network does not. The secondary network is displayed in the T-Life app but it has no Internet service. Suggestions?

My account had a credit balance when we changed providers

I have been getting nothing but the run around for years I am owed $312. by T-Mobile because we had a credit balance when we went to Verizon. I have chatted online numerous times and have call 1-800-937-8997. I have visited a number of T-Mobile stores in my area and no one can pull up our account even though I have the last bill with the account number on it. Any suggestions? Thank you.

internet router stops at 12:30 AM

The Router will stop providing internet to ethernet devices at 12:30 AM and will not provide an internet connection for hours but it only happens to ethernet devices and restarting the router or unplugging the router or ethernet cable does not fix the problem.

Niles, OH. Service down!

Low Service Trumbull County, OH. 10/07/2022-6:11 Pm EST. Called for little to no T Mobile internet for the past week. 24.11 download and 3.76 upload!!! Support told me they have been working on my tower (Niles, OH) for a week, as an upgrade to 5G? Says it'll be another week or two! Said I should have received an email or text. I received nothing. Great service for someone who works from home and could loose their job over their "unannounced" service interruption! Time to shop for new internet. Oh Yeah, the $50.00 monthly internet fee, that never goes up? It went up, not much, but it went up. Kinda false advertisement, ay? BYE

Regret switching to T-Mobile.

Just did a speedtest.net and got 0.53, when the advertised minimum is over 70 I believe. 3 bars on modem. Guess I'll have to go crawling back to Xfinity.

Blocked From The Network

For multiple days, every morning my phone gets blocked off the network. I always have to tell someone to get the app and reactivate it, Ive tried doing it myself multiple times on my laptop but it just shows the status of the gateway. None of my family members have the app but me and my dad. But either way somehow my phone gets deactivated every morning, What can I do about this?

I am dying to get off comcast, when can Santa Clara, CA 95050 hope to see service availability? I see it’s in Sunnyvale now which isn’t too far! Wondering how I might influence T-Mobile to expand in our area, it’s a desert of choice here :(

What a week with T-mobile home internet!A few months ago, I complained to support about T-Mobile’s ‘roaming’ IP addresses. For example, sometimes Amazon and my streaming services think I’m in other parts of the US and I have to go through a process to convince them otherwise. So, T-Mobile support tells me I can get a business account with a static IP address if I use my EIN number.  And that’s true. In theory. Because the problem is the red tape to accomplish that is so complex I’m surprised more people like me don’t just give up:You can’t do it by phone. You HAVE to go to a store. At the store, you have to hope you win the lottery and get someone there who knows how My experience: A LOOONG call back and forth between someone at the store and someone at corporate that finally resulted in a request to PROVE my EIN number was MY EIN number. Showing the documentation to the store worker wasn’t adequate. I had to email it all to an email address passed on from the corporate employee to the

Eligibility for Unlimited

There is an address ¼ mile from my home that is eligible for unlimited but my address is not. There is only one TMo tower here, it’s a very small town in Missouri, so if there’s an opening for unlimited on the tower, why can’t I get it? I can see the tower from my back yard and according to Google Maps, it is less than 4500 feet from my house. The other address is slightly closer at 4000 feet.I am eligible for Lite but If the tower already has so many subscribers that the unlimited is locked, how come they can put someone on the Lite plan? They guy at TMo said the lite would be the same speeds as the unlimited but with a cap on usage. Are unlimited subscribers prioritized over lite? It looks like all subscribers would be sharing the available bandwidth so the more subscribers there are, the slower it would be for each one. As I said, there is only one tower here.Can anyone explain?

Blocked App

I am trying to run a Vimeo App and I am receiving a “No Internet” message. Following the vendor’s instructions, I performed a factory reset on my firestick, unplugged tv, router and firestick for a minute, deleted and reloaded the app but I still get the same message.  I used this app in the past so I don’t know the reason it doesn’t work now. The app vendor said my internet provider is probably blocking the app. I have no spam or other safeguards set on the router.  Has anyone else had such an issue?

I called T-Mobile telling them my phone was having a problem and since I have insurance and have been with them for 11yrs they would send me a new phone for free.I got it, activated it, all was going good.Now my bill is not only showing a monthly charge but 2 erroneous $88 fees. I've spent literally DOZENS of hours on the phone and have made zero progress. I've been told several times everything was taken care of yet I keep on getting charges.It is a shame that T-Mobile went from having such great service to where they are now. Goodbye T-Mobile
